Yeah, it's been a Life in Freefall day around here. I think I must've had a backlog of fangirliness just waiting to escape, lol. Anyway, see the new vid, below:

So I went to the public library yesterday, where the wi-fi allowed me to upload two videos in under an hour. (If I tried to upload video from home, I'd crash my connection, which isn't the right term for that, but whatever. I'd break the internet.)

So ... I made a couple of Star Wars-related videos lately, and this morning I finally got over to the not-so-local library to upload them (not gonna happen on my home connection). And even then, I had to upload at low-resolution. I seriously miss the U of O's WiFi. Anyways ( Read more... )

... So I succeeded in finding RotS online and downloading it to my computer (despite already having the DVD). If anybody knows where I can get .wmv files (or comparable) for the other episodes ... let me know, pretty please? I have delusions of fanvidding.

Also: yay for the road trip home! Six hours today, probably ten tomorrow...whew!*

So as a reward to myself for turning in a paper and packing almost everything today, I stayed up late teaching myself how to use the effects that come with iMovie, and making a video mostly because I liked this song. It turns out that you can't add much to the effects ILM already gave us in a Star Wars movie, so I ended up removing a lot of them ( Read more... )
