NuVO goes Private Beta
Well, nearly LOL
We are taking in applications for the actual private beta which means we are one step closer to opening our doors to public users. I am very excited.
We have been working through some kinks but also listening to our user base as to some bells and whistles they would like which adds that little bit more to our program over others.
We have found that we will have limitations in some areas that other programs already have access to which we were concerned with at first but it seems these limitations my not be a permanent issue such as adding music videos in the 3D virtual world. Right now it is a limitation as audio is restricted but this is something we plan to work with Unity, our base engine, to correct.
If in reading this find you may be interested in being in our private beta we do have a few criteria. One, 3D modelers and 2D texture artists will be given priority as they are pertinent to our program. Some 3D chat, social networking and/or 3D virtual world experience will also be a great benefit to getting in early. Our focus group right now is those with experience giving us feedback on such things as improving the website options and ease of use of both the website and the 3D client.
