Some Random Beltane Announcements
First of all, the wax divas have asked that if you plan to wax or be waxed, that you donate a seven day candle or eight to the cause. Only the seven-day candles, prepoured into the tall jars, please.
Secondly, it should be mentioned that SMS is not setting up their piercing gear in the dungeon like they have in the past. We're tired of people asking us for exploratorium-like experiences during open play; that's a scene, and needs to be negotiated like any other scene you'd ask a top for. I try to keep myself open to providing those experiences for people, but I want to get something out of it too.
We're going to be holding a training for the DMs on how to DM the medical play area, so that we don't have to do it at all this year. (What a relief!)
So if you want to get pierced at Beltane, you'll have to find your Top-Of-Choice and ask for a scene. Or, alternatively, I'll be providing very short piercing experiences during the Exploratorium on Saturday.
That's the other thing. In years past, we've done big, scene-like things during the exploratorium. This year, I'm limiting people to 3-4 needles, and maybe a little play with them. Want a corset, or predicament piercing, or something like that? It's a scene, that needs to be negotiated with one of us.
This also means that we're not providing any of our gear for others to play with, so make sure you bring your own sharps containers, gloves, technicare or other cleaning solutions, etc, if you're planning to play with needles or other sharps during the event.
