According to this lawsuit, I'm a professional journalist, as so:

The Records Custodian / Webmaster was at all material times a professional journalist employed by Florida Freedom [Movant Florida Freedom Newspapers, d/b/a Northwest Florida Daily News], a daily newspaper of general circulation in Okaloosa County that also publishes news on its internet website."
Full three-page quashing of a subpoena I was previously unaware of here.
[for those who might be concerned - I'm not being sued; apparently someone tried to subpoena info that I apparently keep. Apparently I didn't need to know this, since it's been EIGHT MONTHS since the subpoena was quashed.]
