Yesterday I made great progress - edited 19 pages. Today I made none.

April Fools is half-over, and I am half-way through my manuscript. I'm doing ok as far as that part of my goal is concerned. As for the word count, I have a lot of catching up to do. I have barely written more than 1,000 words so far.

Edited 10 pages this morning before work. 120 pages to go.

Edited 21 pages today, altogether 63 now.

I also spent 5 hours in a café with friends. That was perfect holiday weather today (and yesterday, too).

14 pages today, 35 altogether.

Hope I can keep up that rate over the Easter weekend, I need a bit of a head-start because most of next week will be wasted with office work again.

4 pages on April 3 and 3 on April 4, plus a couple of hundred new words.

4.5 pages edited, approx. 50 words written. Then RL happened, meaning: I had to work and have come home about half an hour ago. Too tired now ...

I have edited 24 pages of my 224-page manuscript in March. That means I have to edit at least 7 pages and write 334 words a day to make my April Fools goal, which is to finish editing the novel and write 10,000 words for the scenes that need fleshing out.

Today, I edited 11 pages (so far). There's no harm in getting a little ahead while I have time.
