I had no trouble writing 50k, but since I made that, all kinds of stuff keeps coming up and distracts me from writing. I really want to finish telling the story in November. If I don't do that, I suppose I have to sign up to NaNoFiMo in order to finish the first draft in December.
Two years ago, I didn't quite make it to the end of my story, and I still have not written the ending. I know how the story's going to end, I know what I need to write, I just don't write it. I don't need a second almost finished first draft on my list of "achievements".
