I noticed that that as well. Okay, noticed isn't the right word. Have repeatedly cringed in recognition of the fact that. Our life and times. Most of those claiming Christianity hold views and support people and trust individuals Christ would have found more objectionable than the money-changers in the Temple. Anne Coulter hasn't let a year go by since 9/11 in which she has at least once written some version of 'invade their countries and convert them to Christianity'. To this day she remains popular throughout much of the U.S. and few if any Christian leaders have pointed out her profound misunderstanding of Christ's message

The real problem here is that these so-called Christians don't learn from their own mistakes. This situation is not unlike the crusades, really. Takeover for the "good of the ignorant masses" of non-Christian/democratic societies.

While Bush is busy planting the seeds of democracy in order to bring to fruition the garden of liberty, the weeds of his own ego are choking out the very freedoms this country was founded upon. He is so damn convinced that he is doing the right thing that he never stops to consider any other story.

We should buy him a fiddle. And start a water brigade.
