Back to school, Junior year.

First person to wave to me: ...Actually, Steven. Teehee. I've had a crush on his emo-kid style for two years. Graduated now...

Second person to wave to me: David.

First person to compare schedules: David.

First person to walk me to class: David.

First person to sit with me in the counseling center and kill time chatting: David.

Second person to do so: Matthew. I saw him in the office, made a mental note to become better friends with him this year, and then spent 40 minutes chatting it up with him.

First person to hit on me: Dustin, through Andrew.

First person to call me about homework: Zach.

First hug: Alana.

First class in which I ended up sitting with all the Seniors: IB SL Biology

Time spent sitting in the counseling center waiting for someone to schedule a class for me second period: 70 minutes. And I didn't get helped.

Number of times walked upon: Twice.

Number of times asked about my summer: Twice.

I woke up to the radio station that I've had my alarm set to for... four years, and found that the morning show is this obnoxious guy that over-does sound effects and I think he even did a voice. He reminded me of Jimmy Fallon's radio personality on SNL, except slow and completely wit-free. I made the switch to my rock station. I'll really miss the radio station that I was dedicated to for years.

The first day of school had an entirely different feel than it has in all years past. Probably because I was entirely un-excited... I didn't even plan an outfit 'til this morning. The fun of meeting new teachers and horror of spending nine months with them cancelled each other out, so I was completely indifferent today.

It's a little odd, having two years of younger kids schooling with me. I really feel like an upperclassman. And I really like that feeling ^_^

Well, highlight of the day?

Hmm... probably standing around with the guys. I had forgotten how much I enjoy their company, even though I don't talk much 'cause they go on about computers and sports and... act out wrestling moves. But looking forward to standing around with Aaron and Jake and Szilard and Chase and Zach and everybody else makes the first three periods of the day bearable. I haven't seen him yet, but word is that Chase let his acne go over summer and looks like a squirrel now. Haha, oh man, too good.

Er, nothing exciting happened today at school. It was business as usual. And will be. For eighteen months.

But, at least my brain is being re-activated. All the social interaction is good for me, even though I could do without three quarters of the people at my school.

I got called beautiful twice today, and my handwriting was called perfect. I just realized that. I like people ^_^

Weekends. Mmmm.

Life is back on schedule.
