...I'm known in the paleo department here for wondering what everything tastes like :D. It was my constant topic of discussion in the invertebrate paleontology class.

I have a feeling that things tasted similar to what we eat today (ancient chicken tastes similar to our chicken, etc).

Maybe they can figure that out with the new dino skin remains they've found.

Kind of beefy. Its a very dark meat.

Might depend on how it's made, when I tried it years ago (when I still ate meat) It tasted like dry chicken. Inedible dry chicken. Maybe they cooked it wrong.
