Gynandromorphism in Passerine Birds

A sighting of a gynandromorphic Northern Cardinal was recently reported.

So I tired to assemble a collage of all photos of gynandromorphic songbirds that I could find. By the way, in dissected cases, it turned out that even if plumage was phenotypically male on the left, the left side was reserved for the ovary. More Passerine Gynandromorphine!
