Fuck D: I'm never going there. Between this and an aussie friend of mine telling me some years back that she got ambushed by a big male red kangaroo on the way back to her car one night, and she almost got pummeled to death by the brute... I'm never setting foot in Australia. D:

we've got two species of bird that can kill you too. Cassowaries that'll disembowel you, and magpies that will simple ram a beak thru your eye socket and into your brain.

the magpies get aggressive during breeding season too. Hence the wearing of ice-cream hats, and sunglasses on the backs of our heads.

to give the maggies some credit, it seems the fatality in question was accidental. Unless the magpie *really* wanted to impress his mates
