I bought a PT Cruiser.
We threw a party.
We had a great time.
Everyone who came over had a great time.

There are some people I'll never forget.
There are some people who'll never forget me.
When the stars are right, those two intersect.
When that occurs, it is a magnificent miracle.

I am hopeful.
I am smiling.
I am lonely.
I am alive.

The wedding on Saturday was beautiful.
Marrying one of my best friends to another good friend was possibly one of the most surreal and wonderful things I've ever experienced.
Those two were made for one another.
I'm so happy to have been a part of it.

In the midst of all the bullshit that is surrounding my life, that was a bright spot.

Life has been life. Busy, but nothing screaming to be written about by itself. Thus, I present you with a brief synopsis:

• I've been spending time with some old friends I haven't seen in a while. Most of them have children. This frightens me.
• I finally found a bar in Alabama that serves Blue Moon, Abita, and Woodchuck beers. This makes me very happy.

I spoke to Lisa for a while earlier today. Gods, that girl makes me smile. I simply hope one day I am able to show her how much I thought of her over the years.
