Can I just say that I feel completely useless for not doing Nano this year? Everyone talking about their word counts and how they're moving through the story and all this and I'm doing relatively nothing. Useless.
Speaking of writing though, I think I'm almost done with this damn Coronation chapter. I'm writing the denouement right now and then I just need to do some HEAVY editing. To me, this chapter looks like I took three separate stories and mashed them all together into one. That's not what happened, but each of the three sections has a very different feel to it. Section one is fluffy, section two is heavy angst and section three is just... adventure? I don't even know. I'm praying I can get them to work better with each other in editing, but I don't know. Here's hoping I can post it tomorrow!
The Bears suck ass. More specifically, Grossman sucks ass. I hate him. He's a shitty quarterback. Also, Devin Hester got owned by the kicker. Lame. The Chargers won though. I didn't really watch it, but at least someone won.
I wonder if there will be anything for me to do at work this week. I left early on Thursday and Friday since there was nothing for me to do, especially with Janine back in Kentucky for the sale. But, good news! I can get out of jury duty! Since I'm part time, I don't get paid time off for jury duty, so I have a valid excuse for not going. Sweet.
