I have to tell you you've captured a very realistic brother-sister relationship here. The bickering and biting at each other tearing at each other with words like only family can really seem to do. No matter the time period, siblings, espeically ones as different as Sara and Jack are bound to clash and the storm going on at the same time is really quite appropreiate. Nature talking after situation or perhaps it's the other way around ( ... )

This is marvelous, truly wonderful. I love the descriptions--so poetic and beautiful, I salute you. The Sara-Jack interaction is priceless, I love them both. They're so real, their bond so tangible and strong. BTW, Sara's my favorite OC in the fandom, I love her to pieces. She's gorgeous. Really. :)

I can't wait to read the next installment. :)

As you already know, I loved, loved, loved this. Absolutely exquisite writing-the descriptions, the dialogue, the threads of emotion, all of it. Particularly evocative: the dreams, Elizabeth's thoughts of Will and her concern for Jack's well-being (fierce Lizzie in defense of Jack is a favorite), the final scene between Sara and Jack and the heartbreaking revelations there.

Can't wait to see how Lizzie wakes up, read more about Jack and Sara's history, and find out how they survive the storm. Sorry this is so short, off to work and late again. Brilliant, bravo!!

Thanks so much for the feedback, darlin! *mouwah, mouwah, mouwah* You know how much it means to me, and you know I could not have done it without your help/support/guidance.

No worries about the length of feedback. Have a glorious day, and take care!

It's as wonderful as I knew it would be!!! I agree with several of the others--your Lizzie shows all the struggles of a younger woman trying to cope with a relationship with an older man, plus the whole he has a huge history, and she barely has any. She's had to fit into his world and is now finding it's not so comfy. I suspect everyone has had the experience of being able to get along well with someone you love,----until the in-laws arrive. That's always good for at least one fight or two!

Don't make us wait too long!!! We'll maybe at least until I get back.

You're a jewel in our crown of fandom

Thanks so much for all of your help and support (and sea-savy tidbits)! So glad you're enjoying the work, and no worries, I am working on Chapter Three now. If only I didn't have all these bleeding meeting this week, I might have a quicker writing time.....

----- Awwww, thank you so much! I am so flattered! Hee hee, I am a jewelry fanatic (I'm really not kidding), so I love, love, love my new "Gem" status. Funny enough, my maiden name means "best quality ruby" in Tamil. Oh yeah.

Of course, diamond's are still my best friends....

Enjoy your adventure! Knock on wood, fic will be waiting on you when you return.

I just caught up with your story and I'm rather excited! Very well writen and your characters are brilliant. I'm very fond of Jack being something of a semi-Indian son of an idian dancer and a pirate father! Very fitting.
Keep writing, can't wait to read more! And I just finished reading the one shots as well! Like them all!

Thank you so much for the lovely comment - and for taking the time to read my work! I'm really glad that you enjoyed my Indian Jack and his snarky sis. Much more of this and the drabble-shots to come. :)

I'm so glad you're enjoying this story - it's sort of my baby right now. Thanks so very much for reading and for giving me this lovely feedback. Chapter Three is posting soon!

And very cool about your nephew. About the closest I get is my cousin, "Rajesh".
