Being a mother is not a job!
That is my reaction to this disrespectful statement. ;)
Of course, I CHOSE to be the mother of my 4 wonderful kids. And I don't complain! BUT: being a mom means having a full-time job; without weekends or holidays. Of course, we have a wonderful "salary", which is endless love. But I just hate that some people think that mothers (that mainly stay at home) are lazy.
MOMS, you do a great job - no matter if you have a job besides being a mother or not (because let's be honest: mothers that work have to face enough criticism as well!)!!
