Writing Goodness
This weekend and upcoming week was/is particularly exciting for me, writing-wise. I said I was going to take a break from salable projects to have some fun, and things are shaping up quite nicely on that front.
*Still contemplating my hp_rarities assignment. Got a bit of time on that one. I think it'll really be a stretch for me to write, which is probably a good thing.
*Got in on the first 15 competitors for cw_ldws. Not sure if that's a good thing or not, lol. I place full blame on gelsey for pimping it. Drabbles are not my specialty, but again, I think it will be a good challenge. Plus, it's Charlie. *noms*
*I'm in the process of pulling together my entry form for weasley_love, and I'm pretty sure I'll bite the bullet and submit it. It's got a pretty long deadline on it (June or July, I think), so it shouldn't be an issue. Plus, hello, Weasleys.
*Picked up a 4th character at road_ahead, Daphne Greengrass. I'm not usually a Slytherin lover, but I think she'll be fun to write. (What's with me and challenging myself this week?) Also, I think I'll like having another girl, particularly one who's so different from my other (Lisa Turpin).
*Someone needs to do a Ravenclaw fest, srsly. Perhaps there's one out there I just haven't seen? *crosses fingers* (*pokes emiime* Surely you know of something, yeah?)
