1) Thanks for sayin' that, man. I really appreciate that. 2) I just wonder if the reason she gets ticked off about stuff like that isn't because she still feels that she has some sort of claim on my time, as if I am morally and ethically bound to drop everything and help her when she needs it. Ticks me off a bit. Ya know?
My normal response would have been, "Why didn't she get her husband to help her with it?" but we both know that would have gotten her no where. Totally not your fault. She's lucky you helped her with as much as you did. :-)
Awe that stinks. Sometimes people blame others when really they're mad at themselves. Don't worry, you didn't do anything wrong and you should know that. Being a good friend doesn't mean giving people the easy way out and that's what you are: a good friend. =)
That's what I keep trying to tell myself, but sometimes she just seems to make it all about her when I can't drop everything to fix her latest problem. I'd have helped her out a lot more if I could, but I barely have time to do stuff I've got to do, ya know? Of course, Liv's thought was that if she wouldn't leave stuff for the last minute, she wouldn't be in situations like that in the first place.

You can only do so much. I've learned that in some of my relationships.
