Internets! Help!

...I break things. Especially cheap things.

So it's time for an expensive-ish thing. I know I posted this a while ago, but I need your help, internets.

I need to buy another mp3 player. I've had (mostly) Creative players, but I've also had a Sony, which I didn't like much. I've been pretty committed to Creative (I like their products and feel uneasy about iPods). But. I'm looking at the slew of iPods--I've borrowed one from a friend, and I like it.

So. The way this goes is I have to buy from Amazon, owing to my $100 gift certificate. I'm not looking to spend more than, say, $200, but depending on your recommendation, I might. So.

Things I am looking for:
Durability/Reliability
Preferably 16+ GB
Cheap? Thoughts on used/refurbished players?

I've considered:

Zen (Creative) Touch: http://www.amazon.com/Creative-Zen-Touch-Audio-Player/dp/B0006VYGRG/ref=sr_1_24?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1271090556&sr=1-24

iPod nano 3rd Gen: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BR0MFK/sr=1-1/qid=1271091063/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1271091063&sr=1-1

iPod nano 5th Gen: http://www.amazon.com/Apple-iPod-Generation-NEWEST-MODEL/dp/B002L6HE6E/ref=pd_ts_e_13?ie=UTF8&s=electronics

And finally, I have one last question. Amazon offers $100 off specific products for a 12 month subscription to audible.com, purveyor of audiobooks. I'll be working at External Affairs this summer, and the thing which makes it bearable is audiobooks. So this subscription might not be bad. It's effectively twice as much (about $180 total) but is over a year. Good recordings of audiobooks are really, really hard to find. Librivox really isn't doing it for me anymore, and listening to a book every month sounds great. And granted, the audibooks themselves cost more..I don't know. It would be great to have a reliable place to get books from. Looking around the internet (and CNET) it looks like mostly positive, with the occasional 'my customer service was terrible'. However, it seems like with enough effort that everything turns out okay.

So, that's about it:

tl:dr

Diana wants a new MP3 player
Possiblities:
Zen/Creative
iPod
Other?

Wants:
Durability
16+ GB
~$200

Other: audible.com offer?

Thanks guys!
