Surreal poem

Pigs in a whistle
Gaze upon a starlight moon
Where the walls sing of flowers
And melons
And food

The coat speaks its lies
The melodies flew
Where the night dreams of ashes
And drains
And chews

The walls close around
The paper commands
Where the flowers are held captive
And squashed
And juiced

The fruit lies mellow
The coat connives
Where the light screams of danger
And buttons
And bands

The glass is burning
Its energy combines
With the cries of the ashes
And graves
And vines

The betrayer is waiting
The fear drums
Where the words are unforgiven
And harsh
And crumbs

The nectar is tasteless
Its power overcomes
Where the stars come to land
And sink
And strive

The coat is smiling
It’s happiness above
Where the earth is flat
And firm
And clear

The flower is leaving
But doomed to return
When again the stars sing
And cry
And scream
