Writer's block: Is health care a right or a privilege to you?
In the 1940s, the people of Britain worked together to fight Germany and Japan and help win World War 2 (with the Russians giving the largest share and many other nations helping). But all of Britain stood together: soldiers in battle, sailors in the merchant navy carrying supplies both civilian and military, women working in factories, people too old to fight working as air-raid wardens or fire-spotters, women in the country caring for evacuated children, other people conscripted into the coal mines or working in the fire service. And people throughout Britain endured mass bombing raids, food shortages, the threat of invasion, and many more sufferings.
By working together, with a centrally-controlled economy, and a common desire to defeat evil and end the war, the people of Britain triumphed. And then as the war came to an end, they looked at each other and what they'd achieved, and they realised that by working together they could make a better society and a better world. They took this lesson of the power of community into peacetime, and the great reforming Labour government of 1945 set out to combat the five giants of Want, Disease, Ignorance, Squalor and Idleness, to provide jobs, education, health care, housing, and pensions for all, and make a society "fit for heroes".

IF SICK PEOPLE CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR HEALTHCARE, THEY SHOULD TRY WORKING HARDER. OLD PEOPLE, KIDS, PREGNANTS, AND THE DISABLED ARE THE MOST LIKELY TO NEED HEALTHCARE. THAT'S CUZ THEY'RE LAZY AND DO NOTHING ALL DAY. HARD WORK MAKES YOU HEALTHY AND HEALTH MAKES YOU RICH, BECAUSE GOD WANTS US ALL TO WORK FOR A LIVING, REMEMBER WHAT JESUS SAID: "For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him." (Matthew 25:29) AND, AYN RAND WOULD TELL YOU, HEALTH INSURANCE IS JUST A SCHEME TO TAKE MONEY FROM THE HEALTHY AND GIVE IT TO THE SICK! WHO ARE THE FAILURES! ALL INSURANCE IS GAMBLING, WHICH IS CLEARLY PROHIBITED BY THE GOOD BOOK!!!
