Update on the case
My time is just about up. I'd like to say that I found everything I needed and will be going back to the Bar, but I didn't. I talked to everyone related to the case, but if there ever was evidence that could prove my case, it's gone now. I guess you could say my luck's finally run out.
But it's all right. I've realized recently that there are other things I have to do, and things (and people) to take care of. So that's what I'm going to focus on now. Not that I've given up on the truth--maybe I didn't make it clear enough in my last entry, but I didn't order any forgery, and I'll never stop looking for whoever did. But even that might not be enough to get my badge back.
So what I'm really saying is...anyone know of any job openings?
By the way, Larry, I've got a pack of beer here I'm trying to get rid of (without drinking it). If you want it, come by my office sometime. I've been spending a lot of my time there lately, so you probably won't find me at the apartment.
