Well, that was pretty darn good for a 7 hour flight. I had the best seat in the house -- front row isle so I could stretch my legs, and despite being surrounded by *four* (yes four) babies slept through most of it.
Now I'm chillin like a villain sitting in Helsinki airport, where everything (from cups to trays to walls) is covered in Mummin trolls. Its kind of awesome, and I would really like some souvenir, except with these prices I am afraid to even buy myself a meal. I'll need it too, I have around four hours here until the two hour flight to Moscow and then twelve hours at the airport before the next-morning flight to Istanbul. I bought an alarm clock in case I fall asleep at the airport. So in total I am going to spend like two days in transit.
Oh yeah, a hilarious thing happened. I thought I was leaving on the 14th when it was actually the day before. I literally realized my mistake the night before my departure, just before going to bed. Lolz.
