So, working full time for the past several months is kicking my butt. The doctor has actually okayed this craziness, but is also treating me for things that are adding to the tired.
10 hour days in surgery, mostly pulling teeth are not helping the tired.

When I realized I hadn't had any caffeine since noon on Sunday.  Hmm, guess I might as well continue, as I'm supposed to be off the stuff entirely.  But heading to sleep at 9pm feels really weird.
