Tycho quickly learned that among Rebels, there was never enough of anything to go around. Getting even basic equipment required some political edge the newly-former Imperial pilot lacked. He was shivering in the icy expanse of the mess hall when the kid from the sims - was his name Wedge? - sat down beside him.
“Nice work earlier. You might of beat me if not for, you know, the hypothermia.” Tycho, despite himself, laughed. “Look, I know it’s a hand-me-down, but take this. Before you freeze.” The young man offered him a worn but heavy jacket; he accepted it gratefully.
“Thank you.”
