Yay!
I just finished making my guantlets, the ones I have been planning on making for like 2 or 3 years now. I need to buy more eye-lets(??) so I can fully finish them off to their full potential. But for now they will suffice to be my Opeth gauntlets tomorrow night. As I'm not sure if they're going to let me in with my spikes and stuff on (those damn bastards!) I'll go as spikeless as I can possibly make myself =( BUT once I get a lot more eye-lets I'll be able to put lots of holes (holes with shiney metal rings around them in my gauntlets so I can put lots of screw-in spikes in them. That way I can convert them to spikeless, for occassions where venues aren't going to let me in, but they will still look cool.
So yeah, Opeth tomorrow. I'm getting pretty damn excited!! I've been listening to Opeth for the last few weeks to prepare myself. I don't really know if this has helped or worsened my condition. Meh, doesn't matter now because I've only got torrow to get through. This'll be the third time I've seen Opeth, THIRD! I never thought I was going to get to see them once, let alone twice, but THRICE?!! Hot damn I'm as happy as a pig in shit! ...... where did that saying come from? Are pigs really happy in shit? I know they like mud, but shit??
