Me and my husband came back to WoW a few months ago, after nearly a year away. I used to play a draenei shaman on Steamwheedle, now I play a panda shaman on Dragonblight I find WoW to be a changed place, a place with A LOT of the world dumbed down. I find myself missing my old friends and the awesome people I used to run with, but I found myself bonding anew with both the game and with my husband, since WoW was the first game we played together.
So I hatched a plan to start farming while he's at work. Our wedding anniversary coming up...I've got the time, I know how badly he wants this mount...time for me to get it! Farming farming farming farming. We're both HUGE dragon fans, so having THE MOUNT that turns you into one? Need it, want it, gotta have it.
After days and days (it seems!) of farming, I got the vial of the sands recipe.
Only to have the do'oh! moment when I realized I had not yet farmed all the mats for it. So now I get to farm and farm and farm because not only do I not have enough gold to buy the mats (like the true gold and the sands of time), the AH on my server doesn't have them either.
So...farming farming and more farming in my future! At least it seems easier to earn gold in this game now.
