Partner of 11 years has been battling anxiety for a long time. He's finally decided to get help for it, though his work isn't giving him much in the way of accommodations for decompressing on the job or being understanding about the side effects medications for anxiety have. He put himself on medical leave to get it sorted out with the promise of being put on temp disability by his mental health doctor, but without the paperwork from HR no one can do anything.
