Heroic Rag 10 learning time
Hello everyone! My guild is currently working on heroic rag 10. With patch 4.3 coming soon I've been wondering how reasonable it will be to get him down within the month or so before then. However, we only raid six hours a week. At this point we can probably go 6/7 in about 2-3 hours, giving us three hours a week to work on Rag. Our first week we got to p2 several times, using lust to get there to get more practice. Right now we're mainly having problems aoeing the adds fast enough and moving away from seeds at the right time but we're getting there. The first stages shouldn't take us too long to get down but I know that p1 and p2 are the easy parts. First transition phase is also getting cleaner, except when the sons all decide to spawn right next to the hammer.
For those of you that have killed or are working on heroic Rag, how long did it take you/how long have you been working on it? Approximately how many hours per phase to learn it and number of attempts would be helpful. Any tips on getting the phases down would be appreciated. I know that p4 will probably take the longest to learn so any advice on getting there would help a lot. Thanks!
