I was on a new night elf warrior, and people were complaining that the quest that Tarindrella comes and kills spiders for you was buggy, that she wouldn't do it. I got up to the quest, and it was buggy for me, too! So I opened a ticket. The next day I get this in my email.

Thank you for contacting the World of Warcraft Game Master Department and bringing this to my attention. I apologize for not being able to contact you while you were online. Having said that, I just wanted to take a moment to touch base and personally speak to your Webwood Corruption situation.
This is quite the find you've made, and I definitely thank you for letting us know about it. Wanting to do all that I could to prevent any issues with this quest and its NPC from occurring in the future, I have brought it to the attention of our QA team. Fortunately, as I was pleased to find, it appears as though it'll be getting looked into ASAP. It appears as though several reports have been coming in expressing similar concerns, so our team is definitely giving it a thorough evaluation =)
While I was unable to get any estimations due to privacy restrictions for when they hope to have their findings concluded, I've been informed that any changes made will be posted in a future hotfix or patchnote, so be sure to keep an eye out =)
Anyhow, I'll keep it short and sweet as I just wanted to touch base and fill you in on everything as soon as I found out =) I know we don't always do the best job sometimes of communicating just how valuable feedback like this is, so on behalf of all of us, we really do appreciate it!
