resto druid looking for EU guild?

So, I have this resto druid. She's level 85 and in the process of gearing up via heroics, justice points, rep farming, etc. I haven't been healing long, but I really enjoy it, and I think I'm getting towards being a fairly competent healer - I struggled with Cata dungeons at first but now I can heal heroics without too many problems most of the time.

I would ideally like to start raiding at some point, but I have no experience with raids so I'm kind of a beginner and thus probably wouldn't really be suited to a hardcore serious-business guild. Moreover, I sometimes have difficulty staying online for long periods of time as I have a joint condition (well, kind of two conditions actually but they're related) which can make it very painful for me to sit upright in a computer chair for hours on end, especially without breaks.

At the moment, I'm in a guild with my partner and a group of his online friends who've all been playing for years, and while they're really nice and fun to hang around with, they're also pretty hardcore in terms of their approach to the game, and are very into progressing and raiding late into the night without breaks and being among the top guilds on the server and all - they've also mostly been playing since vanilla, whereas I started less than a year ago. I've never raided with them yet, and I'm kind of starting to realise that it's probably never going to happen, since I think they would prefer to take players who a) are more experienced than me, and b) won't have to drop out mid-raid in order to take painkillers and lie down for half an hour. On top of that, I seem to have joined the only guild in the world who have too many heals and not enough DPS, so they aren't particularly desperate for yet another healer.

So, as much as I like them and all, I'm starting to think that maybe me and my current guild aren't a good fit for each other, since I really would like to see some of the raid content in this expansion, and I don't think that's going to happen with them. Moreover, the future of the guild I'm in is kind of uncertain right now anyway; there's been some talk of them disbanding and merging with another guild, and I don't know if I'd be likely to follow if that happened.

On the other hand, I have absolutely no idea at all whether there are any guilds out there who do actually raid, who would be interested in a really inexperienced player who can't always commit to actually being there for extended periods of time. From what some of my friends have said, they make it sound as if there is no middle ground at all between "guilds who are super committed and hardcore and organise their entire lives around WoW" and "guilds who are super casual and don't raid at all, or if they do nobody turns up and they all die in five minutes flat and that's it", but... I find that hard to believe. I'm pretty sure I've heard of the existence of casual guilds who raid... they're not just a myth, right?

tl;dr level 85 resto druid looking for a casual guild on EU servers, preferably with the possibility of raiding at some point. I'm currently on Azjol-Nerub hordeside so it'd be amazing if I could findn something there, but I'd be willing to consider changing server and/or faction. I'm fine with PVE or RP servers; PVP is scary but I'd probably give it a try. I'd just like to do something with my poor druid really; I've spent a fair amount of time levelling her and learning to heal and all that, and it would be a shame if she just ended up sitting around gathering dust now, you know?
