Lj cut for one of the cutest video's ever, sorry if it has been posted here before I haven't seen it!
Also a bonus question. To all my raiding ladies and gents, say you are a raid/guild leader of a guild that has it's focus on progression raiding. Now we are on a kinda back water server, so we aren't super progressed, but I am proud of us none the less. That said, I had a member of my heal team last night go with another, slightly further progressed, due to having an extra raid day, than us guild to try to help them get a end boss first kill. He was not locked to said boss, as we did not kill it this week either, but I still was not too fond of the idea of him going with another guild. He thought I was out of line to ask him not to partake in said raid. I could only imagine the in-guild drama that would have caused had he gotten that kill, especially after a rather trying week where our main progression night had a few unfortunate absences, leaving progression impossible.
I as a gm/raid leader have never in the past had to even make it known that it wasn't really cool to run with other raids when you are a part of our team. I am now having to make it formal policy, due to the new lock system, that if you are on our raid team you are not permitted to raid with other teams when you feel like it. Is that out of line in your opinions?
