Laid-back Raiding on Hellscream US (Alliance)
A friend of mine is putting the finishing touches on a raiding alliance on the Hellscream US server (Alliance side) to begin tackling some of the new Cata content. Currently, we're looking for another raid healer and 3-4 DPS (capable of averaging a minimum of 10k DPS) to round out our group for two raids a week (right now we're talking one weekend night, one afternoon depending on what is better for everyone).
Loot will be handled fairly and rules will be defined ahead of time but what we are looking for are people who want to learn the fights, aren't afraid to die while we figure out the bosses and don't want to sell their souls to a 24/7/365 guild. You would not be required to join another guild - this is an alliance - so you can stay in your family guild and still get to raid in a laid-back environment where respect and cooperation are the keys.
