Chaos Orbs
I know there had been a little frustration before that Chaos Orbs were BOP and people were needing them in dungeons.
Well, as of yesterday's hotfix they are still BOP, BUT:
"Chaos Orbs can now only been seen and rolled on by characters with a minimum skill level of 425 in Tailoring, Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, or Engineering." source: official WoW blog
So now they can only be rolled on by people who can genuinely USE them, which is certainly a step up. Doesn't really help for those people who have alts that do all their crafting unless the alts can run heroics, but I'm thinking that Blizz is making elite gear more difficult to get this expansion after the "they're pandering to casual gamers" qq of the last expansion. It'll also make it WORTH IT to craft and sell the elite patterns--rather than just recouping the loss and barely making a profit of the mats.
