As many now know, the Curse Brigade is an organization dedicated to alleviating the short and long-term damage of curses through means such as gathering information, patrol and rescue teams, exploration of potentially dangerous new areas, and establishing clearly-marked sanctuaries in severe cases. Name: Cain Hargreaves
Age: 17
Skills/Experience: I've an unfortunate habit of finding myself in the middle of riddles, and even murders, and having to untangle them. I've developed some skills at puzzling out the solutions of these problems and cases. By that same token, I also have some knowledge of poisons and their effects.
What you wish to contribute to the Curse Brigade: Having been in the City for two and a half years, I have a large, albeit unofficial, record of the curses that have struck previously in those two and a half years and their effects. Unfortunately, one might say that I'm all too familiar with curses.
Any conditions that may prevent physical labor: --
Other information: It should be clear that my skills lie most in gathering information and drawing logical solutions from it, but that should not preclude my involvement in exploration of new areas of the City. I preferred to involve myself in the problems I solved in my own world.

Data Collection, Exploration and Investigation. You may be assigned to Rescue if a curse involves your specialty.

I've kept notes on past curses, but arriving 11 months and 5 days ago makes them noticeably incomplete. Yours will be a valuable resource.

Yes, that would suit me best. And, yes, I would certainly hope I'd be called on if my skills could help in a rescue.

You probably have quite a record yourself, though. Still, I do have another year yet and I've records of things that happened even before I arrived thanks to conversations with citizens who have now departed. I hope they'll be of some use.

They will. It would be helpful to make these records publicly viewable, at some point. Perhaps others can contribute more or identify a pattern.

If I can shape them into some sort of order, I'll certainly show them publicly. There may very well be a pattern hidden in them.
