Lower right abdomen? Front, back, or both? Could also be a bad bladder infection. Either way, hospital is cheaper than funerary costs.

could be bladder infection or maybe passing a kidney stone or could be ovarian cyst.

as an employee of the agency that screens people for state-funded health insurance, i know for a fact you can apply from the emergency room of any given hospital (we call them "treat and release" applications). i can't speak for how fantastic the coverage is, but i'm pretty sure shitty coverage is better than no coverage. if you'd prefer to apply not from the e.r., here's info on how
