Oh Noes!
So I've gotten this new crazy idea in my head, and I figured I should confer with the peanut gallery on what to do.
I've decided to get a new computer, specifically for gaming. But I'm a little curious as to how to go about it. I started looking at what I would need to get to build this thing, and while I love the idea and accomplishment of doing it myself, I realize that I am not, perhaps, well-suited to this task. There's a big difference between repairing your mom's woolly mammoth of a Hewlett-Packard, and actually building something with your own two hands.
Let me clarify; I know a little about computers, but as it stands, if you gave me everything I'd need to build this thing right now, I'd probably look at you really funny. But I'm willing to learn! That should count for something!
