Yeah, so, sorry chicos and chicettes, but i'm too drained to be creative today, but i heard this song this week, and it's one of the prettiest songs i've heard, and the ending is really cool, and the lyrics are really nice, and the piano is beautiful, and it just made me feel happy today, so i thought, "hey, why not be a good samaritan and see if this song makes other people happy too?" sooo, your welcome. ya'll are lucky that you have as good a friend as me-heh heh. but yeah, it's called "WE'RE SO FAR AWAY" by MAE. ya'll should download it, and tell me if it made you happy, or if other emotions were felt, than you may say those too. it'll be like a fun commenting game that we can all play. hooray! hokay...here are the lyrics, so you can read along and understand the words while he is singing. (wow...i really am a thoughtful friend, aren't i?) ok...go now. download!
"WE'RE SO FAR AWAY" by MAE
Remembering, everything,
about my world and when you came.
Wondering, the change you’d bring,
means nothing else would be the same.
Did you know, what you were doing, did you know.
Did you know how you would move me well,
I don’t really think so.
but the night came down and swept us away.
and the stars they seemed,
to paint the most elaborate scene to date.
How could we know, that so this show,
we learned so much about ourselves.
From Toledo, to Tokyo,
the words were scribed on every page,
and now there’s books up on our shelves.
Did you know; how you would move us, did you know.
When the lights, first came upon us,
and we, saw the everglow.
and the moments magic swept us away.
and the young mans dream, was almost seen to plain.
When was the night,
that showed us the sign.
Revealed in the sky, to leave all behind.
But where to begin? throw the caution, to the wind.
We’ll reach for the stars, everything is now ours.
Did you know, how you would move me, did you know.
Did you know how you would move me well,
I don’t even think so.
but the moments magic swept us away.
and it’s so close, but we’re so far away.
It’s so close, but we’re so far away
