I've officially been assigned a job in physics research. I haven't had a working project since the Lamp Post in Los Angeles where I was mapping out the whereabouts and future whereabouts of the island. Its thrilling to be up and back on my feet again.
The first time I inhabited the island I was more interested in trotting around the jungle with my rifle and pride; I didn't know a lick of physics until I came in possession of my son's journal. When I came in possession of that journal I studied every ounce of it, determined to change my son's grim outcome. I figured if I could master it and teach it to him, that together we could both change my past/his future. Well, its quite obvious that didn't work out as planned. I should have let him play the damn piano and have a life.

Anywho, I'm very excited to study the island's properties for the first time on the island. The light here, I've never noticed how different it is. I plan on mapping out the levels of electromagnetic energy throughout the island. I figure now that Benjamin has offered to assist me, that together we could map out most of the jungle floor. I'm certain we could complete this task in a half year's time. After data is collected, I could do minimal research on the main island and more complex research on Hydra island.
This is all so exhilarating.
