I'm traveling to Darwin, Australia for a study abroad in October, and I found a cheap flight ($1600) from Chicago to Sydney.

So, my question is... is there are cheap, easy way to travel from Sydney to Darwin, or should I splurge the extra $400 for a flight directly into Darwin?
