Dear Ignorant Citizens of Florida,
Thank you sooooo much for voting yes on Amendment 8: Public Protection from Repeated Medical Malpractice!

Reasons why this Amendment is totally inane:
1. first of all, this Amendment doesn't even deal with actual conviction cases. any accusations aka malpractice claims go against you.
2. all of the doctors will leave Florida, and no one in their right mind will come here for a job. Do you want to drive to Georgia for your healthcare when you are in need of critical emergency surgery? I didn't think so.
3. the system is waaaay to easily manipulated and more than half the time in a conviction... it was no fault of the doctor's.
If you're allowing some ignorant piece of white trash with barely a GED to manipulate the system and get my father (who, mind you, has 12 years of college education under his belt) and other doctors out of a job just so she/he can make some easy money, then you can go to hell and take your redneck friends with you.
OH...
and while i'm at it... Amendment 1: Parental Notification of a Minor's Termination of Pregnancy is total bullshit as well!
