This is a cool article about an office building in Northern California that will generate its own electricity from solar panels and its heating from geotherm. Having worked in an office for the last 10 years or so, I can testify that they use a lot of electricity. I mean, a lot. Computers and printers are nasty power vampires, and when you put a bunch of them together in one working space... well, you get the idea.
