Self,
Today is a new day to start fresh.
Yesterday, we talked to God about eating more mindfully.
So, what I'd like to try and focus on today is:
- Eating 1 healthy meal
- Eating fair portions
- Drinking water with fiber
If I can do these three things today, I will consider today a successful day.
Wow. Waking up and setting goals daily, as opposed to over a whole year, really feel likes it helps! Making small achievable goals for myself might be the way to success!
