It really was a clusterfuck up here, but that's largely because we don't have the infrastructure to deal with like the Northeast, not because the weather was somehow particularly bad. Just particularly bad for Seattle.
The idea that I woke up, couldn't even get on the freeway, and was hearing reports on the radio of people still trying to get home from Monday Night Football is still very surreal.
Two are always geekier than one, yes. Scott and I each contributed a copy of Thucydides and a Wild Thing (from "Where the Wild Things Are", yes) to this marriage. Only ONE of us brought along the 8-inch Captain Picard, but we both get blamed for it.
