Guess what???

Three of my recipes are published in the Soldier's Angels cookbook.

I have also been published in the Italian-American Cookbook from Naples, Florida.

They might be more fundraisers than not, but I don't care.  I know I can cook and it made me feel good, which can be it's own recipe for success.

 Supper was wonderful.  The ravioli was delicious and the sauce was great.

I also spoke with a friend from NJ.  She plans to head our way later this month with her two boys.  We will plan some day trips to Baltimore and DC.  It should be fun.

Must run.  The wine made me tired.
