Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

No particular order:
1) Listening to music (Jimmy Eat World spring to mind as being good for relaxing)
2) Drinking tea (or Vanilla Coke, if I'm not in the mood for a hot drink)... tea is a good calming drink.
3) Surfing the net, particularly the Center
4) Watching good anime - in particular, Naruto and One Piece (the latter because it's very cheerful)
5) Playing Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 3, and kicking @ss with Itachi. ;-)
6) GFX stuffz
7) (Last, but most certainly not least...) Hanging with Jane. ^_^ Playing fun multiplayer games, watching stuff, whatever. :)

Who should do this:
1) Uh... Jane?
2) Erm... Krystal?
3) Um... Luke?
4) Er... Dez?
5) Uhm... *looks at friends list for ideas* ...Eizen?

Or something. :P
