Well, they were either in it or involved...did you see the f'list of user pics (some really bad) at the end? But however you get the money, i guess you do what you gotta.
I'm so sorry Matt isn't well. I hope he'll get better. When you talked about the sad bear, I thought the story was going to end with you & Matt buying the bear and giving it a new home.
Now about "Bear City". Well I love the character Mick/Michael(the guy that was deciding to get a lipo operation). I just want to give him a hug & more. As for the rest of the movie, the bear couple was portrayed as bumbling idiots. The only one that were serious characters is Roger & the boy toy. Now I know anyone is a bear but why it was the perfect ones with the perfect bodies & looks were taken seriously? I met the director back in 1997 when he previewed his first movie "Raising Heroes"(a better film) and he told us his next film was going to be about gay cowboys. Well I guess that idea went out the window.

Yeah..Bear City was a bore - I didn't enjoy it at all.
