About six weeks ago, i started getting what i thought was a planer wart on the bottom of my foot opposite of where my arch should be. It hurt back then, but doesn't bother me any more. The doc looked at it and dug a little bit with a scalpel, but didn't see that little black kernel that is usually present in warts. So he put some kinda disolving chemical in there and told me to keep it covered with a bandaid. Or duct tape. Either way, it should be OK.
