Last week, i went with Matt and Jake (cweleatherman) to see "1408" at the Crestwood Theatre. Pretty good as far as a Stephen King short story adaptation goes, but Samuel L. Jackson was kinda wasted and the ending was really WTF?, but most movies like this are. Some good creepy scares, but this is really not my cup of tea. Matt likes these things though, so i went along. i DO enjoy John Cusack's acting, however, so that made it an OK movie. i think i would have rather gone to see the new "Die Hard..." movie instead.
