Dive Into Summer/When Does Loyalty End & Sanity Beins?blachubearJune 21 2007, 21:43:13 UTC
Great pic Woofer!!! I love the summer. After six months of winter(thanks to global warming) it's a nice change of pace. Now, let's talk about the main issue here. I can both sides of the conversation. You have a job that's very secured & pays well(I hope), you know the team very well & plus the company or team you work for won't be going out of business or move out of the country anytime soon. Plus around this Bush era, it's good to have a job. Also you have 240 hours of vacation? With 240 hours of vacation, I'll go to most of the Bear runs(Orlando Beer Bear Bust 2007/Hibearnation 2007/Bear Indy 2007/IBR 2008/Bear Pride-IML 2008). Hahahahaha. O.K. but seriously, I know you should use the vacation hours wisely, like the time Matt received his knee operation & you took some time off to be with him plus something might come up and you need to take time off. But I can see Matt's side of the conversation as well. He probably seen the tired & stress out look in your eyes plus how much sleep & rest you're not getting. Matt also hate having you flying everywhere across the country & then you might have 1 or 2 days off then back on the plane the next day. (When Kraft Food International hired my husbear Bert back in March 2003, his first assignment was that they flew him out to Germany & Italy for business.) Matt also care about your mental & physical health. Yes you're stuck between a rock & a hard place here. So yes it would be a good idea to think about the situation you're in. You can also work on your resume, check out the history of the company or companies that you may want to work for is a legit business . With the way the economy going in this Bush era, you'll be the last one hired, the first guy fired or laid off. Ask my husbear with his history of employment. Talk to Matt about the situation & look at your options. You should take your time on making the decision & take some vacation time. Remember it's summer. Take care & Big Bear Hugs.
