I love this book so much. Unfortunately, Amazon's "look inside" options don't show you the queen rabbit in her gorgeous green gown and templars, or the lute-playing frog in his cotehardie, or the baby bunny in her little baldric of bells... but oh, they're worth seeing!

Not having lined up a babysitter, we probably can't go to this concert, but anyone who can should consider seeing The Epiphany Project tonight at Steel City Coffeehouse in Phoenixville. Really brilliant Middle Eastern/world fusion art-folk-pop -- check it out!

I still haven't gotten to read Catherynne M. Valente's Palimpsest, but... wow, based on my f-list's reactions so far and the trailer (and the idea of an S.J. Tucker soundtrack CD!), I need to go pick up a copy right this minute!
